How much do you charge to sell my home?
A single fixed percentage agreed up front, which includes professional photography, floor plans and marketing. There's nothing to pay until your sale completes.
How is my home valued?
An agent visits in person and compares your home with recent sales on the same and neighbouring streets. You'll get a written valuation with the evidence behind it within 48 hours.
What is the private, off-market list?
Some sellers prefer not to advertise publicly. We match those homes quietly with registered buyers first. Joining as a buyer is free — just tell us what you're looking for.
Do you help people relocating from abroad?
Yes — around a fifth of our clients relocate. We run live video viewings, check every detail in person, and can coordinate schools, utilities and movers before you arrive.
Can you manage my rental property?
Our lettings team manages around 180 homes: tenant finding and referencing, rent collection, inspections and maintenance with vetted local trades.
